O R D E R
(Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) The petitioner is the applicant in O.A.No.6775 of 2012 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, which was allowed vide order dated 28.03.2016 setting aside G.O.Ms.No.405, Revenue (Vigilance-I) Department, dated 25.06.2012 and directing the authorities to release the pensionary benefits of the petitioner, which were withheld, within a time frame. Seeking implementation of the aforestated order, this writ petition was filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services (Telangana) fairly concedes that the aforestated order has attained finality as no writ petition was filed by the authorities against the same.
That being so, in terms of the undertaking given by the learned Advocate General for the State of Telangana to a Division Bench of this Court, comprising the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice and Hon'ble Sri Justice U.Durga Prasad Rao, which was duly recorded vide order dated 30.09.2016 in W.P.No.31905 of 2016, it is not open to the authorities to fail to implement the order. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the authorities concerned to abide by and implement the order dated 28.03.2016 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, in O.A.No.6775 of 2012 expeditiously and, in any event, not later than six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
