HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K. LAKSHMAN WRIT PETITION No.13657 OF 2003 ORDER: (Per Honourable Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) This Writ Petition was filed assailing the seizure order dated 21.06.2003 and the show cause notice dated 24.06.2003 whereby the authorities proposed to acquire the unsold goods seized from the premises of the petitioner.

2. By order dated 11.07.2003 passed in W.P.M.P. No.16945 of 2003 filed in this writ petition, the seized goods were directed to be released forthwith in favour of the petitioner.

3. We are now informed that the aforesaid interim order was duly complied with. It appears that no action was taken in relation to the impugned show cause notice after release of the goods. The cause in this writ petition therefore does not survive for consideration on merits at this late stage. In the light of the aforestated facts, the writ petition is closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
