The High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad For the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh, has passed an award in this appeal on 21.11.2014. Hence, the M.A.C.M.A. is disposed of in terms of the Award passed by the Lok Adalat and the Cross Objections are rejected in view of the settlement between the parties, before the Lok Adalat.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this appeal shall stand closed. No costs.
