THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.5507 OF 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings of the first respondent in Draft Memo No.G2/19134/2011, dated 01.12.2011, whereby a direction is given to the Sub Registrars to follow the interim injunction orders of the Hon'ble High Court of Madras in Contempt Petition No.1205 of 2010.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader that the issue raised in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the Order, dated 04.03.2015 passed in W.P.No.4595 of 2015 and batch, by this Court. In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of directing the fourth respondent to receive and process the documents that may be presented by the petitioner in respect of the property admeasuring 100 square yards (East-West 60 fts and North-South 15 fts) of nearest Door No.11-465/1(a) in Survey No.190/2 situated at Podili Village and Mandal, Markapuram Revenue Division, Prakasam District, without reference to the order dated 15.03.2011 of the High Court of Madras in Contempt Petition No.1205 of 2010. In the event, the documents presented are found to fulfil the requirements of the Registration Act, 1908 and the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, the fourth respondent shall complete the registration formalities and release the documents in accordance with the due procedure.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this writ petition, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. __________________________ A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J 20.02.2018 pln
