When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that since the case against A.2 is pending trial in C.C.No.458 of 2016 on the file of XI M.M., L.B. Nagar, and the case against A.4 is abated as he died, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
