JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed against the judgment and decree, dated 28.12.1994, in O.S.No.171 of 1989, on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Sathupalli.

At the hearing, there is no representation for the appellants. Hence, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel to dismissal of the AS, interim order, dated 29.10.1997, shall stand vacated and AS.MP.Nos.3483 & 18218 of 1997 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
