HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION Nos.6677 and 6693 of 2019 COMMON ORDER:

When the matters are taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the issue raised in these writ petitions is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.5258 of 2019 dated 14.03.2019.

Learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents has not disputed the submission made by the learned counsel for petitioners.

In view of the above submissions, the writ petitions are disposed of in terms of W.P.No.5258 of 2018 dated 14.03.2019 with a direction to the respondents to re-measure the height of the petitioners and if the petitioners are qualified, consider their cases for appointment to the post of Sub-Inspector of Police/ Constable. With the above observations, the writ petitions are disposed of. No order as to costs.
