ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to set aside proceedings, dated 03.08.2009 of respondent No.1, whereby the petitioner's fair price shop authorization was suspended.

At the hearing, Mr.Y.Neelakanta Reddy, learned counsel representing Mr.V.Ravi Kiran Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner died. Learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (TS) submitted that in place of the deceased petitioner, a third party has been appointed as the fair price shop dealer. In the light of the above subsequent developments, the Writ Petition is dismissed as abated.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order, dated 08.09.2009 in

W.P.M.P.No.24411 of 2009 is vacated and W.P.M.P.No.24411 of 2009 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous. __________________________ C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J 30th September, 2015 GHN
