CVNR, J & GSP, J W.P.No.7941 of 2016 28.09.2016 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the e-auction conducted by respondent No.1 on 29.02.2016, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

At the hearing, Mr.P.A.V.Bala Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that as new Presiding Officer to the Debts Recovery Tribunals is expected to take charge in few days from now, his client may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to it to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made. 4.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.Nos.10101 and 10102 of 2016 filed by the petitioner for interim reliefs shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
