ES/SC/AD/KOMA/LAPA/0168, dated 2411212021 issued by the 'tst respondent as being illegal, arbitrary, unjust and violative of Articles '14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of lndia besides being contrary to the guidelines issued by the Government for allocation of employees issued in G.O.Ms.No. 317, dated 611212021 and consequently set-aside the same and hold that the petitioner is entitled for allotment to Adilabad District on spouse grounds ahd also taking into consideration that juniors to the petitioner were retained in Adilabad District with all consequential and attendant benefits.

Aggrieved by the action of the first respondent in issuing the impugned proceedings dated 24.12.2O27 allotting the petitioner [o Komaram Bheem Asifabad District, the present Writ Petition is filed. I I 2) When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Services-l has placed on record a copy of the proceedings in Memo No.Spl/Secretary Peshi/2021-SP81, dated 08.O4.2022, and submitted that in compliance of the interim order passed by this Court on 23.02.2022, the respondents have disposed of the appeal filed by the petitioner duly rejecting her case.
3) At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner sought liberty to challenge the proceedings dated 08.O4.2022.
4) In view of the submissions made by the respective counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 08.O4.2022.
