CVNR, J & GSP, J W.P.No.10611 of 2005 Dated:17.8.2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
"...issue writ order or direction more particularly one in nature of writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to order dated 13-08-2003 passed in O.A.No.674/1998 by the Hon'ble Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad and set a side the same as unjust and without any basis and also set a side the Memo.No.24649/CT-I(1)/95, dated 08-10-1997 issued by the 1st respondent as illegal, arbitrary an contrary to G.O.Ms.No.165, F&P (Fin. & Wing-FRI) Department dated 21-04-1984 and further, to direct the respondents to consider his request for alteration of petitioner's date of birth from 01-07-1958 to 03-01-1961 in Service Records in terms of Rule-2 of G.O.Ms.No.165 dated 21-04-1984."
At the hearing, Mr. M.Rathna Reddy, the learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the sole petitioner died. As the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner are not brought on record, the Writ Petition is dismissed as abated.
