This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 and 2 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.29 of 2019 of Mallial Police Station, Jagtial District, registered for the offences alleged under Sections 420, 290 and 506 read with 34 I.P.C.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 and 2 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/ State. Perused the record.

It appears from the record that the dispute between the parties is civil in nature.

Under these circumstances, the Investigation Officer concerned shall not arrest the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 and 2 in the course of investigation of the subject crime. However, the Investigation Officer concerned shall complete the investigation and file charge sheet or final report, as the case may be. 5 .

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
