.....Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring Sec. 10(A) to (C) and Sec.11(1) to (5) in the Ordinance of 3 of 2015 promulgated on 12.01.2015 as illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable, unjust, unconstitutional, invalid and set aside the same. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Prabhakar Chikkudu, Advocate for the Petitioner, Sri B. Narayana Reddy, Asst. Solicitor General for Respondent Nos.1 & 2 and G.P. for Industries (TG) for Respondent No.3, the Court made the following ORDER:

Notice to the learned Attorney General of India, returnable in three weeks.

In the meantime, there will be an interim order to the effect that the application pending for grant of licence may be examined and considered in accordance with law. In the event, the petitioner succeeds then, effect thereof shall not be given till the disposal of the Writ Petition.
