Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home (A.P.) appearing for the official respondents.

When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 14.03.2018, furnished by the Station House Officer, Old Guntur Police Station, Guntur Urban, Guntur District are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home. The said instructions to the extent of their relevance to the present writ petition read as under:- "It is respectfully submitted that on 18.1.2018 the respondent No.5 had addressed a letter to the 2nd respondent stating that there is a civil dispute between him and the petitioner and in that regard there is life threat to him. The same letter was endorsed to the respondent No.3 by the respondent No.2, who in turn forwarded the same to respondent No.4, which was received by the respondent No.4 on 20.1.2018. It is respectfully submitted that as the respondent No.5 is having life threat, the respondent No.
2 has called the petitioner to inform him about the above said letter. Further it is to submit that the respondent No.2 has never called the petitioner to police station nor told him to compromise the case. The respondent No.2 had never involved in the above issue as it is a civil matter." 3.
On noticing the same, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to place the said instructions on record and dispose of the writ petition.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the written instructions, dated 14.03.2018, furnished by the Station House Officer, Old Guntur Police Station, Guntur Urban, Guntur District. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
