This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, challenging the order dated 27.10.2015 passed in Crl.M.P. No.3689 of 2015 in C.C. No.841 of 2011 by the I Metropolitan Magistrate at Vijayawada, Krishna District.
