JUSTI CE KONGARA VI JAYA LAKSHMI A.S.M.P.No.2534 of 2017 in A.S.No.460 of 2014 and A.S.No.460 of 2014 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) A.S.No.460 of 2014 was filed by the plaintiffs in O.S.No.101 of 2010 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Medak at Sanga Reddy District, aggrieved by the judgment dated 24.04.2014 passed therein dismissing the suit.

While so, the appellants/plaintiffs filed A.S.M.P.No.2534 of 2017 in the appeal praying that the first appeal may be dismissed confirming the judgment and decree in O.S.No.101 of 2010 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Medak at Sanga Reddy District, in the light of the compromise arrived at by and between the parties. Accepting the said prayer, A.S.M.P.No.2534 of 2017 is ordered and the appeal is dismissed, confirming the judgment and decree dated 24.04.2014 in O.S.No.101 of 2010 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Medak at Sanga Reddy District. Other pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand dismissed in the light of this final order.
