Heard both sides.

Petitioner's grievance is that though petitioner had filed a counter in I.A.No.126 of 2019 in O.S.No.402 of 2015 on the file of VII Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, the said I.A., has not been taken up by the said Court till date. 3.

In the light of the said submissions, the VII Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad is directed to decide the said I.A., after hearing both sides within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
