This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/ A.2 to A.5 seeking to quash the proceeding in Crime No.157 of 2017 of Shadnagar Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A of IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961. 2 .

Heard both sides. Perused the record.

In the course of hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that charge-sheet is filed in this case. Under these circumstances, the petitioners/ A.2 to A.5 are entitled to workout the remedies available to them under law.
