HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. KANTHA RAO W.P.No.29600 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in terminating the services of the petitioner vide proceedings dated 11.11.2014 issued by the 4th respondent, as illegal and arbitrary.

The petitioner was appointed as Field Assistant under MGNREG Scheme on 14.03.2013. While so, the 4th respondent issued show cause notice dated 25.06.2014 to him, for which he submitted his explanation. Without considering the same, the 4th respondent v i d e proceedings dated 11.11.2014 terminated the petitioner from service. Aggrieved thereby, the petitioner preferred an appeal before the 3rd respondentDistrict Collector, Prakasam District at Ongole. Since the appeal is pending against the order impugned, I am not inclined to go into the merits of the case. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the appeal duly considering the submissions made by the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
