This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.'), is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.162 of 2013 on the file of the Tukaramgate Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 380, 448 of I.P.C.

During hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that the investigation agency had completed the investigation and filed the charge-sheet before the Court concerned and the case is numbered as C.C.No.157 of 2016. In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
