THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2017 of 2015 ORDER:

This revision under Article 227 of Constitution of India is filed by the decree holders in O.S.No.70 of 2007 on the file of the Court of District Judge, Prakasam District, Ongole. According to the petitioners, they instituted O.S.No.70 of 2007 against the respondent-Municipality for recovery of a sum of Rs.27,75,188/- and a decree was also passed on 29-01-2008. The grievance of the petitioners in the present revision is that even though the Execution Petition was filed in the year 2008 no orders have been passed on the said Execution Petition.

Heard Sri Naga Praveen Vankayalapati, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for respondent. Taking into consideration the long pendency of E.P.No.61 of 2008 and taking into account that decree was passed long back, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, directing the learned District Judge, Prakasam District, Ongole to dispose of E.P.No.61 of 2008 in O.S.No.70 of 2007 within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil

Revision Petition shall stand closed.
