Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated in the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to call for the records pertaining to the case cc No. 1587 of 2023 in the Court of the ll Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Nizamabad quash the same against the petitioner/Accused No.3 by holding it to be an abuse of process of law.

This Criminal Petition is hled under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioner/ accused No.3 in FIR, seeking to quash the \ \ proceedings against him in C.C.No.1587 of 2023 on the file of II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, at Nizamabad, taken on file for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 326, 506 read with Section 34 of IPC.

Heard Sri B. Balaji, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S. Galesh, learned Assistart Public Prosecutor for respondent No. 1- State a Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there is no role of this petitioner in the said crime as such he needs protection.

The petitioner is accused No.3 in C.C.No.7587 of 2023, wherein he is shown as absconding. As seen from the charge sheet averments, the police submitted that they filed separate charge sheet for accused No.3 as and when they arrested. In
z view of the charge sheet, the petitioner shall surrender before the trial Court and hle a bail petition'
