HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.3857 OF 2017 ORDER:

Sri D. Purna Chandra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, would submit that the present petition rendered infructuous in view of the fact that both the petitioners, who are arraigned as accused Nos.2 & 3 in Crime No.1 of 2017 of Piler Police Station, surrendered before the Police and they were remanded to judicial custody, which is not disputed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, and, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the present criminal petition.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the present Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
