The instructions received by office of learned Government Pleader for Fisheries dated 08.09.2014 are placed on record by learned Assistant Government Pleader.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, having regard to the instructions sent by the Department, submits that the cause in the Writ Petition needs to be worked out and prays to file a comprehensive Writ Petition against the subsisting causes of action that have arisen in the Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner as prayed for. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
