Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/ A.1 to A.3 and perused the record.

Having argued the matter for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioners/ A.1 to A.3 would submit that necessary parties are not brought on record as parties to the litigation and seeks permission to withdraw this Criminal Revision Case with a liberty to file a fresh Criminal Revision Case by bringing necessary parties on record within three (03) days from today.

Granting such liberty, permission is accorded to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case.

Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case, shall stand dismissed.
