RESPONDENTS Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the Proc.No. TR/TR/AD/KOMA/SEGR/0934, dated 2211212021 issued by the '1st respondent and its consequential Proc.No. TR/TR/KOMAi SEGR/0084, dated 81112012 issued by the 2nd respondent as being illegal, arbitrary, unjust and violative of Articles 14, 1 6 and 21 of the Constitution of lndia besides being contrary to the guidelines issued by the Government for allocation of employees issued in G.O.Ms.No.

317, dated 611212021 and consequently set-aside the same and hold that the petitioner is entitled for allotment to Adilabad District with all consequential and attendant benefits lA NO: 1 OF 2022 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for allotting to Adilabad district by suspending the operation of the impugned Proc.No.

Aggrieved by the action of respondent Nos.l and 2 in issuing the allotment order to the petitioner uide impugned proceedings No.TR/TR/AD/KOMA/SEGRl0934, dated 22.12.2021, and TR/TR/KOMA/ SEGR/0084, dated OB.OI .2022, the present Writ Petition is filed. 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of the interim order, dated 23 .O2.2O22, the respondents have disposed of the appeal filed by the petitioner duly rejecting her case. However, he requested this Court to grant liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said proceedings. 3.

In view of the above said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to pursue appropriate remedy, if she is still aggrieved. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
