HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.21782 of 2007 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in not issuing the appointment orders to the petitioner by giving preference to his apprenticeship training in APNPDCL.

There is no representation for the petitioner. However, the learned standing counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner was already absorbed in the respondents corporation and nothing survives in the present writ petition. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
