THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.7059 OF 2016 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
"to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction on the part of the respondents 6 and 7 in allowing the petitioner to discharge his duties as Accountant in the KGB Vidyalaya, Papannapet, Medak District, without passing any order, or without following any procedure and also violative of principals of natural justice is illegal, arbitrary, highhanded and violation of Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents to contintue the petitioner as Accountant in the 6th respondent KGB Vidyalaya and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit just and proper in the circumstances of the case."
2. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner herein, petitioner herein may be permitted to submit a representation to the 4th respondent and the same may be directed to be considered by the 4th respondent by fixing some timeframe. The said request is not opposed by the learned counsel for the respondents.
3. For the aforesaid reasons, Writ Petition is disposed of, keeping it open for the petitioner herein to submit a written representation to the 4th respondent for redressal of his grievance, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any such representation is filed, the same be considered and appropriate orders be passed by the 4th respondent within a period of four weeks thereafter.
4. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs. __________________ A.V.SESHA SAI, J 03.03.2016 SS
