THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:

ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.2 in granting permission in favour of respondent Nos.8 to 10, to dig fish tanks in the land admeasuring Ac.12.13 cents in Sy. Nos.543 and 544 in Undi Mandal, West Godavari District, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the permissions granted in favour of respondent Nos.8 to 10 expired on 5.4.2015. In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. However, the petitioners are left free to file objections in the event respondent Nos.8 to 10 apply for renewal, and if such objections are filed respondent No.2 shall consider the same before taking a decision on the applications for renewal.

Subject to the liberty given to the petitioners as above, the writ petition is disposed of.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P. No.14328 of 2011 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
