HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.23494 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to declare the action of respondents Nos.2 and 3 in not considering his representations dated 15.6.2016 and 27.6.2016 for removal of illegal and unauthorized constructions made by the 4th respondent in H.No.6-3-52, Momin Mohalla, Gadwal Town.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.
It is the case of the petitioner that he made representations to respondents Nos.2 and 3 against the constructions made by the 4th respondent without obtaining any permission. But the said respondents have not taken any action so far.

Learned Counsel appearing for the 4th respondent filed a counter and submitted that the 4th respondent obtained permission and proceeded with the constructions in the above property, and that the official respondents issued a notice to the 4th respondent basing on the representations made by the petitioner and that the 4th respondent filed W.P.No.7221 of 2017 against the 2nd respondent herein and others before this Court and the said writ petition was disposed of on 1.3.2017 directing the respondents therein to pass final orders on the explanation submitted by the 4th respondent herein.

Considering the above circumstances, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition since this Court has already passed orders in W.P.No.7221 of 2017 directing the official
respondents therein to pass appropriate orders on the explanation submitted by the 4th respondent.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. ________________ RAJA ELANGO, J Date: 11th July, 2017 Nn
