HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.6366 of 2017 ORDER:

The learned Public Prosecutor for the 1st respondent-State submits that the police filed final report of the crime No.375 of 2017 of KPHB colony Police Station, Cyberabad, against the petitioner/A.3 that was taken cognizance by the learned Magistrate by allotting C.C.No.952 of 2017.

Having regard to the above, liberty is given to the petitioner to impugn said police final report by filing fresh petition with chargesheet and part-II C.D. material.
