ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging violation of the order dt.18.09.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.33261 of 2018. 2.

The writ petition was disposed of directing respondent herein to consider the claim of the petitioner as ventilated in his representation dt.16.11.2015 and take appropriate decision in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order. 3.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the above said order passed by this Court is complied with and a decision is made vide proceedings dt.17.06.2019 issued by the respondent rejecting the request of the petitioner for compassionate appointment. He, however, seeks leave of this Court to avail appropriate remedy against the said proceedings dt.17.06.2019 issued by the respondent.

Recording the said submission, this Contempt Case is closed. It is open for the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy against proceedings dt.17.06.2019 issued by the respondent. No order as to costs.
