THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE DILIP B.BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT APPEAL No.967 of 2007 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice A.Ramalingeswara Rao) None appears for the appellant when the case is called. This writ appeal is directed against the order dated 25.10.2007 passed by the learned single Judge in W.P.M.P.No.18229 of 2007 and W.V.M.P.No.1882 of 2007 in W.P.No.14515 of 2007. Learned single Judge passed the impugned order making the impugned suspension granted on 03.08.2007 in the writ petition absolute and dismissing the vacate stay petition.

While admitting the writ appeal on 22.04.2008, this Court in W.A.M.P.No.1964 of 2008 observed as follows:

"In view of the fact that the first respondent employee had already been relieved on 31.5.2007, the order whereby the interim order passed by the learned Single Judge staying the transfer order is stayed. In other words, the interim relief granted by the learned Single Judge is vacated." In view of this, the writ appeal has become infructuous. Writ Appeal, is accordingly, dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending in the appeal, if any, also stand disposed of.
