THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.42310 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition, under Article 226 of Constitution of India, is filed seeking a direction to respondent No.2 to complete the investigation in Crime No.119 of 2016 on the file of Madikonda Police Station, Warangal Urban, Warangal District. 2.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

Grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.2 registered the aforementioned crime against respondent Nos.3 to 14 herein for the offences under Sections 307, 398 and 506 read with 147 I.P.C., and though all the accused are local, none of them were arrested and on the other hand, respondent No.2 is pressurizing him to compromise the matter with them and he is not taking any steps to investigate into the matter and file charge sheet. 4.

Considering the grievance of the petitioner, respondent No.2 is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.119 of 2016 on the file of Madikonda Police Station as expeditiously as possible and file a final report, if any, in either way in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) months from today. 5.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
