This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, by the petitioner/defendant No.1, aggrieved by the order dated 04.01.2019, passed in I.A.No.2364 of 2018 in O.S.No.944 of 2017 by the IX Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, at Hyderabad.

Heard Sri K.Jagathpal Reddy, learned counsel for the revision petitioner and perused the record.

It is submitted that the Court below passed an order dated 04.01.2019 in I.A.No.2364 of 2018 in O.S.No.944 of 2017, to send the subject dispute for mediation but the same has not yet been complied with.

Under these circumstances, the Court below is directed to comply its own order dated 04.01.2019 passed in I.A.No.2364 of 2018 in O.S.No.944 of 2017, preferably within a period of two(2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.

With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of at the admission stage. There shall be no order as to costs.
