THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9265 OF 2017 ORDER:

When the matter is called, it is the submission of the learned public prosecutor that police have completed the investigation in crime No.258 of 2017 and filed the charge sheet on 20.07.2017 before the XX Metropolitan Magistrate, Malkajgiri and the same was numbered as C.C.No.474 of 2017, as such, the remedy sought for in the present petition becomes infructuous.

Recording the said submission, this criminal petition is closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to assail the charge sheet if at all aggrieved.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence.
