THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.26667 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard Sri C. Prakash Reddy, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri S.D. Gowd, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner submitted a representation on 14.06.2017 to the second respondent but no action has been taken so far on the said representation. A request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the second respondent to take appropriate action on the said representation by fixing some timeframe. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2 that the representation, dated 14.06.2017 said to have been submitted by the petitioner would be considered in accordance with law.

Recording the said submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to take appropriate action on the representation, dated 14.06.2017 said to have been submitted

AVSS, J W.P.No.26667 of 2017 by the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
