This criminal petition is filed, by the petitioners / accused Nos.2 to 7, under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.25 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, III Town Police Station, Kothagudem.

The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law. Permission is accorded.

In the result, granting the liberty as prayed for, the Criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
