HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT CRIMINAL PETITION No. 17144 of 2016 O R D E R:

Vide the present petition, the petitioner/A.1 seeks direction thereby to grant anticipatory bail, in the event of his arrest, in connection with Crime No.45 of 2016 of B.Kodur Police Station, Y.S.R.Kadapa District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 324, 307 r/w 149 IPC.

Heard both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent-State.

Keeping in view the grievous injuries received by the injured in the present case, wherein the petitioner actively participated, I am of the opinion, the petitioner/A.1 is not entitled for anticipatory bail in the present case.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. 5.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
