THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.5532 of 2018 O R D E R:

Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the order dt.27.11.2017 of the 2nd respondent suspending the petitioner pending enquiry on certain allegations leveled against the petitioner.

Though petitioner has assailed the impugned suspension order, it is not the case of the petitioner that the 2nd respondent had no jurisdiction to suspend him or that the charges leveled against him are malafide.

I therefore see no reason to interfere with the impugned order and the Writ Petition is dismissed, accordingly. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
