The present Criminal Petition is filed seeking the Court to quash the proceedings that are pending against the petitioners in Crime No.83 of 2021 of Pahadishareef Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Criminal Petition with a liberty to file a fresh petition.

Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition in case the cause survives.

5.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
