I.A.No.1 of 2026 In Crl.P.No.2824 of 2026 (FOR BEING MENTIONED) This petition is filed by the petitioner under the caption "for being mentioned" seeking to correct the name of the police station in order dated 02.03.2026 passed in Crl.P.No.2824 of 2026.

Heard both sides. Perused the record.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the name of police station in the affidavit is wrongly mentioned as Miryalaguda Town Police Station, the same is corrected. Hence, the name of the police station in paragraph No.1 is replaced with 'Miryalaguda Rural Police Station'. Further, the time granted by the Court to the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Station House Officer on or before 16.03.2026 is extended to 16.04.2026.

Accordingly, the application is allowed.

Office is directed to carry out necessary corrections and issue fresh copy.
