There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. The prayer of the writ petition is as under:

" For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in interfering with the petitioners rights over the land in an extent of Ac .1.19 guntas in Sy.No. 108 of Kuntloor Village, Hayathnagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District at the instance of respondent Nos. 4 to 11 as arbitrary illegal colourable exercise of power contrary to the settled principles of legal position apart from being violative of the fundamental and Constitutional Rights guaranteed to the petitioners under Articles 14, 19, 21 and 300A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent No. 3 not to interfere with the rights of the petitioners over the land in an extent of Ac.1.

19 guntas in Sy.No. 108 of Kuntloor Village Hayathnagar Mandal Ranga Reddy District and to pass other orders or order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice." The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 on instructions would submit that the respondentpolice, are not interfering with the petitioners' rights over the subject property, more particularly, at the instance of the respondent Nos. 4 to 11.

Taking the said submission into consideration, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
