THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION Nos.5540, 5561 and 5624 of 2018 COMMON ORDER:

These Writ Petitions are filed to declare the action of the fourth respondent - Revenue Divisional Officer, Kadapa Revenue Division, in deleting the results with respect to fair price shop Nos.26, 32 and 12 of Peddabidiki, H/o Rayavaram Village; Kuravapalli, H/o Mudumpadu Village and T. Sundlupalle Village and Mandal, YSR District, respectively, from the selection process through proceedings, dated 15.02.2018, only to deny them appointment as dealers having declared them as successful candidates in the earlier selection list, as arbitrary, illegal and violative of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India. The averments mentioned in the writ affidavit, in brief, are that the petitioners participated in the selection process for appointment as dealers with respect to fair price shop Nos.

26, 32 and 12 of Peddabidiki, H/o Rayavaram Village; Kuravapalli, H/o Mudumpadu Village and T. Sundlupalle Village and Mandal, YSR District, respectively, and emerged as successful candidates in the written examination as well as the interview. In spite of the same, they are not being issued orders of appointment on account of political pressure.

Learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the allegations of the petitioners are far from truth and as a matter of fact, it is only on account of verification of antecedents, there is some delay in issuing the orders of appointment in favour of the petitioners and that the petitioners had filed the present Writ Petitions only on apprehension.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and inasmuch as the respondents are in the process of issuing the orders of appointment in favour of the petitioners, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required to be passed in these Writ Petitions.

Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are closed. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. _________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J 22nd FEBRUARY, 2018.
