This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of respondent Nos.1 to 5 in interfering with the petitioners' activity of conversion and digging of fish tanks in the lands in Sy. Nos.160, 161 and 162 of Undi, Undi Mandal, West Godavari District, as illegal and arbitrary.
A perusal of the records shows that the permissions granted to the petitioners for carrying on aquaculture expired on 28.01.2014. In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
