THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.32124 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to issue police licence to the petitioner to run the business in the name and style of M/s.Avenues Snooker Parlor at Old Alwal, Malkajgiri Mandal, R.R.District. The only grievance of the petitioner is that though he made an application with the 2nd respondent on 5.2.2015 for grant of licence to run a snooker parlour, so far no orders are passed. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh application with the 2nd respondent on or before 30th October, 2016 and on such application, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within one month from the date of filing of application. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. _________________ RAJA ELANGO,J 18.10.2016.
