This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C') is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos. 1 to 3 to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.791 of 2015 pending on the file of Police Station, Medipally, Cyberabad, registered for the offence under Section 498-A of Indian Penal Code.

Heard Sri Nimmagadda Satyanarayana, learned counsel for petitioners.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that the Police have already filed charge sheet on 24.12.2015 and it was taken cognizance by the learned III Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar, and numbered as CC.598 of 2016 and hence, the instant petition, which is filed for quashment of the Proceedings in FIR has became infructuous and prayed to dismiss the petition.

It is seen that pending Criminal Petition, no stay was granted. In view of the submission of both the counsel, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
