This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.'), is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.683 of 2012-13 on the file of Medchal Prohibition and Excise Station, Rangareddy District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 36 (b) and ( c) and 34(a) of A.P. Excise Act, 1968. During hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana brought to the notice of this Court that entire investigation in this case is completed by the Investigating agency and filed charge sheet before the concerned court, which was numbered as C.C.No.114 of 2015.

In view of the representation made by the learned Public Prosecutor, there is nothing to be examined and decided by the Court in the above matter.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
