HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE N. BALAYOGI FAMILY COURT APPEAL No.160 of 2015 JUDGMENT : (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Vide the present appeal, the appellant/wife has challenged order, dated 22.04.2015, passed in O.P.No.825 of 2010 on the file of the Judge, Family Court at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District, whereby the marriage between the appellant and the respondent, dated 21.08.2008, was dissolved.

During pendency of the present appeal, the appellant and respondent started living together as wife and husband and leading happy marital life.

The respondent, who is personally present in the Court, has produced Aadhar Card vide No.3329 8790 2586 issued by the Government of India. The photo copy of the same is taken on record. (Original seen and returned to the respondent). 4.

The appellant is present in the Court and produced Aadhar Card vide No.2462 3418 8484 issued by the Government of India. The photo copy of the same is taken on record. (Original seen and returned to the appellant). The appellant does not dispute that they are living together and she is happy with the respondent and she stated that the decree of divorce granted by the Court below be set aside.

Keeping in view of the good sense prevailed over the appellant and the respondent and they are staying together as wife and husband from 14.02.2016 (valentine day), we hereby set aside the decree, dated 22.04.2015, passed in O.P.No.825 of 2010 on the file of the Judge, Family Court at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District. 6.

Accordingly appeal is allowed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
