The writ petition is filed alleging inaction on the part of the police in providing protection in view of the orders passed in I.A.No.394 of 2015 in O.S.No.761 of 2015, dated 26-05-2015 on the file of the Court of II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam in respect of the land admeasuring 1872 square yards situated in Sy.No.226 of Rajaveedhi Old Adivivaram, Visakhapatnam. Since effective alternative remedy is available for the petitioners herein by way of filing application before the above mentioned civil Court, this court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of keeping it open for the petitioners herein to make appropriate application before the concerned court. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
